Picking the soundtrack to your first dance can often be a daunting prospect, but it really doesn't have to be.

One of the most highly anticipated moments of your wedding reception is the first dance. It is the gateway to the evenings celebrations and you may feel the pressure to not only pick the right song, but also dance to it. The idea that all eyes will be on you, can drive some couples to distraction. Picking the right song for you can make all the difference!

”What shall we dance to!?”

“Isn’t that too cheesy!?”

“Shall we do a dance routine!?”

All of these questions have popped up at client meetings in the past, all are completely reasonable and my reply is always the same…

“It’s completely up to you!”

Whether you get up there and sway together like a pair of sticks in the wind for a nanosecond before inviting your friends and family to join you or you bust out a choreographed waltz that would be perfectly at home on Strictly, the most important thing, really, is the music!

Pick the right track, and the record will do the rest
